Processing

Collection of access data and log files
Purposes: We ourselves or our web host create so-called server log files for each access to the server. The server log files can be used for security purposes, e.g. to prevent server overload, and to ensure server utilisation and stability, as well as to track misuse of our website.

Storage duration: In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, our web host deletes the data when the user's session ends and they close their browser. In the case of data storage in log files, the log files are deleted after seven days at the latest. Newsletter
Purpose: You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter. In it, we regularly inform you about new publications, events and developments within the association. The newsletter is sent by email.
We use the double opt-in procedure to order our newsletter, i.e. we will only send you our newsletter once you have confirmed that you are the owner of the specified means of communication by clicking on a link in a message. If you confirm the address, we will store your address or number, the time of registration and, if applicable, the IP address used for registration for verification purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
In our newsletters, we use technologies that track the use of emails (e.g. open and click rates, click maps, etc.) and use this information to optimise and, where applicable, personalise our mailings.
Categories of data: Consent data (name, email address, IP address) and usage data (messages opened, links clicked, length of stay, search terms, etc.). No personal profiles are created.

Establishment and maintenance of a community area and a network with civil society partners and institutions
Purpose: We want to work together to build an active community and network distancing and exit projects with each other and with other relevant actors.
